Connecting cultures is my passion!
My connection with this highly complex country began 30 years ago, followed by studying Social Work at TISS (Tata Institute of Social Sciences) in Mumbai. I have lived and worked in India for a total of five years and spend several months there each year for professional purposes.
As a trainer and consultant, I support both Indians and Germans in understanding the other side better—whether it’s in building cooperative relationships, in the international work context, during studies, in vocational training, or in everyday life—in India or in Germany!
In addition to my work as an intercultural trainer, I am also an expert in project management and a certified mediator and conflict manager. I have a large network in both India and Germany and combine long-standing experience with up-to-date professional expertise to develop individually tailored solutions for people and organizations.
